little lamb...

Holy mackerel! Today it is one month and one day until my birthday, so YIPEE, a totally random fact until you read this blog!! Tony, Carly, Matt, Phil and I were walking through Nordstom, into the mall, when we realized the store was retardedly busy and crowded with stupid women. It's the half-yearly sale. I hate hate HATE crazy sales! This is until I found out this sale included LAMB bags. I also dislike designer bags (not hate) except LAMB, of course. I looked at 3 different LAMB bags and fell in love with one, but a lady was clutching it like she was going to die with it. Thank the heavens, she put it down, but tried to cover it up with a Juicy bag, and I snatched it right up. Oh my 40% off, what a wonderful early-birthday present! Wanna see???

What a lucky lady I be! I have loved Gwen's bags since I first saw them, but never liked one like this one.

OMG!!!!!!!! Oh my gwen!!!!!!

is it not spring?

Why, Oh Why is it snowing on the 13th of May?

Well, I guess that's Colorado for ya. But I don't live in the mountains, where it can snow into June! And don't worry the snow isn't sticking to the ground. It is a shock when just yesterday I took summer travelers and college graduates to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and today it is cold, wet and snowy. Whatever...

movies galore...

Anytime I go to visit my mother, all we do is craft and watch movies. I went to SD for 6 days, and in that time we watched about 8 movies and spent 2 days at a craft fair, hardly selling a thing. We tried selling zipper purses, felted wool bags, mom's photographs and a couple other random things.

While we were crafting, we watched the movies and we saw some really amazing ones...

I think I'm in LOVE!! I am surely adding Steve McQueen to my favorite list.

A raisin in the sun and the women were such fantastic movies. The women is fun and clever and maybe not such a dude kinda movie, but a raisin in the sun is a story everyone should see. It was so wonderful!

i love to craft...
i love to movie...
holy bajoley, i sure do!!

wedding dresses...

I have been paitently waiting for 4 months now to get a certain phone call and yesterday I got it. I have been awaiting a call from the boutique where I bought my WEDDING dress!!! It is ready for me to pick up, but sadly I can't go until Tuesday because I back from on Monday night and the shop is all the way in Boulder! I truely can't wait to try it on with all my accessories to see how it looks. I have to admit I got a few butterflies when she called, almost nervous because it is actually happening, but so freaking excited!

The wedding is still 5 and 1/2 months away and I sure have plenty to do...

guess I should get to it, huh??

to new beginnings...

Oh my GOD! Talk about stress. Wedding planning, trying to buy a house, apt. lease ending, cars breaking down, Tony quitting his job, and then moving in with his dad to save money.

These events didn't really happen in that order, but kinda. Tony and I have been trying to buy house for the past 6+ months and it hasn't quite happened yet. Our lease ended before we had a back up place to live, so we decided to move into his pop's house for a couple months to save more money and keep looking for a house. In the mean time our wedding planning is sailing along. I took my car to the shop the other day and it needs 3500 bucks worth of repair when its only worth 1200 TOPS!!! And to top it off Tony quit his job, which has been long over-due.

I think I am done being stressed. Well, I guess after I sell my car and get a better one, then I will be done.

I am rather sad to be leaving our apt. It was our first home together and we are now cramped in one bedroom for the next couple of months with the rest of our belongings in boxes in the garage.

So here's to no rent, crappy cars, and to NEW BEGINNINGS!!!
